SOUP & SALAD
A creamy, hearty blend of fresh, local seafare, featuring halibut, calamari, clams. and rock cod Infused with a hint of smoky bacon, onions, and celery. this chowder is finished with fresh herbs and cream for a rich, comforting bowl of coastal flavor.
Fresh cut peach, “serpent” cucumber, blueberry, seasoned seasoned quinoa, sunfower seeds, and a house made strawberry lemon mint vinaigrette all come together to create a delicious and satiating meal worthy salad bowl experience. Available with sliced, grass-fed steak, wild salmon, or roast chicken breast.
Scratch made with fresh organic lemon, strawberries, mint, olive oil, avocado oil, maple syup, and chia seed. Arrives in a 4oz ramekin.
Entree’s
Brined, pounded chicken breast, seared and roast in a fresh oregano, feta, white wine, artichoke and tomato reduction. Accompanied by herb polenta and romano beans. This entree is available with a briased chicken leg or the pounded breast. Low carb version with an herbed cauliflower “rice” in place of the polenta.
Local halibut seared and crusted with a dijon and crushed hazelnut herb topping paired with a scratch made sweet and acidic fresh cherry and peach gastrique, lemon mint quinoa, and sauteed olive oil and garlic green beans. Low carb option substiutes quinoa for roast cauliflower. - Sensitive to hazelnuts? Simply request an “hazelnut free” version in the “send the chef a note” during checkout.
Grass-fed ground lamb meatballs with mint, parsley and feta and a traditional tatziki cucumber yogurt sauce. This entree is available with roast gold potatoes and gatrlic herb roast zucchini or with a greek salad; romaine, kale, tomato, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olive, and red wine vinaigrette.
House made walnut basil pesto folded in to cheese tortellini with a mix of roast vegetables. This entree is available with 5oz of chopped, roast chicken. 4oz pesto 6oz pasta 12oz or 8oz of vegetables (12oz without chicken, 8oz with chicken). Vegan (Dairy Free) version available upon request.

Fresh cut peaches and coconut cream infused steel cut oats with organic chia seeds, ground flax seeds, and sweetened with honey.
A delicious twist on a classic, featuring tangy sauerkraut, scrambled eggs, finely chopped grass-fed beef kielbasa, roasted potatoes, and creamy Tillamook cheddar, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and grilled to perfection. Enjoy a vegetarian version of this burrito without keilbasa or as a gluten free version over chopped kale instead of in a wrap.
