SOUP & SALAD

Buckwheat soba noodle salad with shaved vegetables, cabbage, and marinated cucumber topped with a seaweed sesame seasoning, roast chickpeas, and cashews accompanied by a sesame ginger vinaigrette. Available with a teriyaki glazed salmon, chicken, or shrimp. Gluten free version available with sesame quinoa in place of the soba noodles.
House made with organic rice vinegar, fresh ginger, gluten free coconut amino “soy” sauce, sesmae oil, organic maple syrup and avocado oil.
Entree’s
Crushed, toasted almond, herb, and dijon topped Wild or Scottish salmon filet. Sweet and acidic, pomegranate gastrique. with a side of hazelnut roast red beets and a quinoa rosemary pilaf. 7-8oz piece of salmon, 5oz of quinoa or carrots, 4oz roast beets, and 2oz of sauce. Choose the low carb version which substitutes the quinoa with roast carrots.
Lemon garlic and herb marinated roast chicken, scratch made herb pan sauce accompanied by buttered peas and shallots with herb roast potatoes. Enjoy a low carb option with 8oz of spaghetti squash in place of the potatoes. Your choice of chicken breast or leg and thigh.
Organic, pasture raised pork and stir fried vegetables in a red Thai coconut curry sauce over coconut brown rice with a side of steamed broccoli. Choose the low carb option to substitute the brown rice for ginger stir fried cabbage. 8oz of meatballs. 8oz rice. 4oz steamed broccoli, 4oz of thai coconut red curry sauce. 8oz cabbage with low carb option.
A broccoli, cashew, and vegetable stir fry with chickpeas, mushrooms, and a myriad of fresh vegetables quick cooked in a house made stir fry sauce along side of a generous portion of ginger steamed white rice. 12oz of stir fry, 8oz of rice, and a side of stir fry sauce.
