A refreshing and filling salad bowl with walnuts, feta, dried cranberries, kale, quinoa, fresh tangerine segments, and a house made lemon vinaigrette. Available with sliced, grass-fed steak, wild salmon, or roast chicken breast.

Entree’s
A simple and fresh preparation of wild caught salmon cakes served with a house made lemon aioli, roast beets, and a toasted almond quinoa pilaf. This entree is available with whole cut fish and also as a low carb version with red beets in place of the quinoa.
Brined, pounded chicken breast, seared and roast in a fresh oregano, feta, white wine, artichoke and tomato reduction. Accompanied by herb polenta and steamed broccoli. This entree is available with a braised chicken leg or the pounded breast. Low carb version with an herbed cauliflower “rice” in place of the polenta.
House-Baked Vegetable Ricotta Lasagna – Layers of pasta, baby spinach, mushrooms, and vegetable with a creamy ricotta, and rich marinara, baked to perfection and served with balsamic brussel sprouts, ready for roasting.
