Entree’s
Lemon, rosemary, and poppy seed glazed chicken accompanied by blistered cherry tomatoes and green beans and roast sweet potatoes.
A simple and fresh preparation of wild caught salmon cakes served with a house made lemon aioli, fresh broccolini for roasting and a toasted almond quinoa pilaf. This entree is available with whole cut fish and also as a low carb version with red beets in place of the quinoa.
House made, ground Italian pork sausage in a tomato based ragout with fennel, wine, garlic, and shallots served over orecchiette pasta, gluten free pasta, or with a cauliflower and zucchini mixture for all those that prefer a lower carbohydrate meal. This entree arrives with a side of roast beets.
