Lunch Salad & Wrap
A refreshing and filling, entree worthy salad bowl with fresh cut peach, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, and seasoned quinoa and chickpeas, with a house made Meyer lemon vinaigrette. Available with sliced, grass-fed steak, wild salmon, or roast chicken breast.
Entree’s
Your choice of wild or farm raised Scottish salmon, seasoned and seared with smoky paprika, served with a bright Meyer lemon vinaigrette. Accompanied by rosemary-infused quinoa and roasted red beets. Enjoy a low carb version with roast cauliflower in place of the quinoa.
Choose from either Grass-fed Ground Beef or Mushroom Black Bean & Vegetable. Each are layered with a mixture of cheeses, house made red enchilada sauce, and your protein filler of choise. Each order arrives with a large piece of Enchilada Bake, 4oz of House Made Enchilada Sauce, 2oz Sour Cream, and 4oz roast cauliflower.
Roast organic chicken with a house made red pepper almond Romesco Sauce accompanied by a quinoa walnut and herb polenta cake and roast cauliflower. Enjoy the low carb version which substitutes the polenta for lemon garlic and olive oil seasoned blue lake beans.
Quinoa walnut and herb Polenta Cake with a “cheesy” infusion of nutritional yeast, topped with marinated gigante white corona beans, fresh made red pepper almond Romesco Sauce accompanied by red beets and blue lake green beans.
Breakfast
Fresh local strawberries blended with organic vanilla, vanilla almond milk, and A2 grass-fed yogurt, lightly sweetened with maple syrup in this house-made chia pudding. Topped with crushed almonds for a naturally protein-rich, sweet start to your day.
Organic Applegate ham, Tillamook cheddar slices, and organic, free-range eggs on a grilled everything Bagels. Choose between the plain everything bagel or spice it up with a chili infused honey spread on the bagel!
Shredded buffalo chicken combined with a cabbage carrot slaw, and a creamy, sour cream based blue cheese sauce all wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled. Available Gluten Free over a bed of greens.
