Entree’s
Vibrant flavors of the Caribbean with our Jamaican Jerk Chicken served with fragrant rice and peas. Marinated chicken in a blend of fiery jerk spices, grilled to perfection, and paired with fluffy rice cooked in coconut milk and tender kidney beans accompanied by a side of garlic herb zucchini.
Your choice of either fresh, local caught sole, wild salmon, or farmed Scottish salmon. All selection come with a house made Cajun spiced remoulade sauce, savory sauteed greens, and garlic infused brown rice. Choose the low carb selection to replace the rice with cauliflower.
Herbed walnut and olive polenta cake with a fresh asparagus, mushroom, pepper, onion, and zucchini Primavera vegetable mixture topped 4oz of a dairy free “creamy” basil walnut cream sauce. This entree is available with roast chicken breast or herb seared salmon.
House made, ground Italian pork sausage in a tomato based ragout with fennel, wine, garlic, and shallots served over orecchiette pasta, gluten free pasta, or with a cauliflower and zucchini mixture for all those that prefer a lower carbohydrate meal. This entree arrives with a side of roast beets.
