A refreshing, crisp, and filling salad bowl with a base of crisp little gem lettuce, orange infused quinoa, red beets, shaved carrot, blueberries, and pickled cucumbers with a house made lemon mint vinaigrette. Available with sliced, grass-fed steak, wild salmon, or roast chicken breast.

Brined, pounded chicken breast, seared and roast in a fresh oregano, feta, white wine, artichoke and tomato reduction. Accompanied by roast potatoes and zucchini. This entree is available with a braised chicken leg or chicken breast. Low carb version with an herbed pan roast cauliflower in place of the potatoes. Each order arrives with 7oz of chicken breast or a full leg quarter, 4oz of sauce, 5oz of potatoes or low carb veg, and 4oz of vegetable side.
