A creamy black bean based soup with coconut milk, short grain brown rice, vegetables, garlic, and a simple blend of spices including cumin a touch of turmeric and fresh cilantro, finished with lime.
Organic corn over crisp kale with seasoned quinoa, cherry tomatoes, black beans, and crumbled cotija cheese with a zesty lime crema. Salad available with grass-fed sliced steak, blackened wild salmon, or roast chicken breast. Also available as a Vegan version without queso fresco and with an avocado vinaigrette in place of the lime crema.

Low carb option available with asparagus and roast zucchini in place of the rice and tortillas. 8oz of fish, 3 tortillas, 2oz of remoulade, 4oz of cabbage slaw, and 6oz of rice per portion or 4oz of asparagus and 4oz of zucchini in place of the rice and tortillas.
Pounded, breaded and panfried chicken cutlet with a house made honey mustard sauce. Accompanied by roast potatoes and steamed green beans. Low carb & gluten free versions available as un-breaded whole pieces of glazed chicken and roast zucchini in place of potatoes.
