SOUP & SALAD
Lean chopped chicken, a colorful blend of vegetables, and wholesome quinoa are slow-simmered in our house-made chicken bone broth for a clean, satisfying, and nourishing soup made entirely from scratch.
Fresh cut curly leaf kale, shaved carrot and radish, snap peas, sweet potatoes, red beets, multi colored quinoa, tangerine segments and toasted sunflower seeds with a house made Meyer lemon and mint vinaigrette. Available with grass-fed steak, skillet roast wild salmon or sliced, roast chicken breast.

Entree’s
A simple and fresh preparation of wild caught salmon cakes served with a house made cajun remoulade, garlic infused short grain brown rice, and roast cherry tomatoes and green beans. This entree is available with whole cut fish and also as a low carb version with red beets in place of the garlic rice.
Herb roast Mary’s cornish game hen served with a strawberry orange compote, roast purple sweet potatoes and roast carrots and shallots
Markegard family farm’s Rosemary maple dijon glazed ham entree with a house made slow baked potato gratin, and fresh asparagus. dairy free and lower carb version available with roast purple sweet potatoes in place of the potato gratin. 7oz of ham, 4oz of fresh asparagus, and a 5oz portion of potato gratin or roast sweet potatoes per serving.
Multi colored quinoa risotto cooked in the traditional fashion with a base of mushroom, leeks, herbs, and white wine folded with fresh asparagus and a mixture of snap peas and English peas and a house made cashew cream to deliver the classic creaminess of a traditional risotto experience.
