Organic, fire roasted corn fresh cut from the cob over crisp kale with seaseoned quinoa, cherry tomatoes, black beans, and crumbled cotija cheese with a zesty lime crema. Salad available with grass-fed sliced steak, blackened wild salmon, or roast chicken breast. Also available as a Vegan version without queso fresco and with an avocado vinaigrette in place of the lime crema.

Entree’s
Juicy chicken, blackened in a house made Cajun spice blend accompanied by an avocado crema, garlic infused short grain brown rice, and roast corn and zucchini. Your choice of brined breast or skin on leg and thigh. Choose the low carb option to receive roast beets in place of the rice.
Local caught halibut, topped with fresh chopped herbs and seared accompanied by a house made roast red pepper toasted almond romesco sauce, lemon parsley quinoa pilaf and baby broccolini, ready for roasting. Choose the low carb version to replace the quinoa with roast beets.
Choose from either Grass-fed Ground Beef or Mushroom Black Bean & Vegetable. Each are layered with a mixture of cheeses, house made red enchilada sauce, and your protein filler of choise.
