A handcrafted, house-made soup featuring organic chicken, tender leafy greens, a medley of seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs, and hearty lentils—simmered slow in a rich, house-made chicken bone broth
A delicious mixture of root vegetables atop chopped kale with a marinated lentil and chickpea salad and seasonal fresh components; Chopped curly leaf kale, fresh blueberries, snap peas, julienned beet, carrot, radish, and sunflower seeds. This entree worthy salad is accompanied by a house made orange sherry vinaigrette and is available with roast chicken breast or skillet seared salmon.
Made with whole, fresh oranges, maple syrup, sherry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, chia seeds, and sea salt.
Entree’s
Zaatar spiced marinated chicken, roast with reconstituded figs and fresh cherry tomatoes cooked down to create a compote style sauce accompanied by roast potatoes and cauliflower. Choose the low carb version to enjoy roast zucchini in place of the roast potatoes.
A simple and fresh preparation of wild caught salmon cakes served with a house made lemon aioli, fresh broccolini for roasting and a toasted almond quinoa pilaf. This entree is available with whole cut fish and also as a low carb version with red beets in place of the quinoa.
Tender, slow-braised, ginger soy grass-fed beef roast served with a long grain ginger infused white rice and sesame broccolini accompanied by a side of the umami rich braising liquid reduction. Enjoy a lower carb version with miso roast carrots in place of the rice.
A broccoli and vegetable stir fry with chickpeas, mushrooms, and a myriad of fresh vegetables quick cooked in a house made stir fry sauce along side of a generous portion of ginger steamed white rice. 12oz of stir fry, 8oz of rice, and a side of stir fry sauce. Enjoy this entree as is or with stir fried chicken or garlic shrimp.
Breakfast & Lunch
Hearty steel-cut oats simmered with fresh rhubarb and almond milk infused with soothing lavender and vanilla. Finished with a nourishing blend of chia and ground flax seeds, then topped with a sprinkle of crushed hazelnuts for a satisfying crunch.(Note: Oats are inherently gluten free. However, these steel cut oats are processed in a facility that also processes wheat, therefore there is a risk of cross-contamination.)
Enjoy a savory house-crafted grass-fed ground beef chorizo, egg, potato, and Tillamook cheddar cheese, breakfast burrito grilled accompanied by a chili garlic avocado oil based mayonnaise.
