SOUP & SALAD
A velvety blend of sweet potatoes, carrots and creamy coconut milk, enhanced with a warming spice of fresh ginger and turmeric and an added bite of red beans and quinoa. This delightful soup is slow-simmered to develop a rich, smooth texture, and finished with a touch of aromatic spices and lemon.
Enjoy the satiating salad bowl combination of fresh blueberry, kale ribbons, roast sweet potato, quinoa, chickpeas, sweet cherry tomatoes, and a house made strawberry lemon vinaigrette. This entree sized salad is available with roast chicken, wild seared salmon, or grass-fed steak.

Entree’s
House made Peruvian spice and lime juice marinated chicken. Roast potatoes and cauliflower. Cilantro Salsa Verde; cilantro, jalapeno, feta cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Enjoy a lower carb meal with broccolini instead of roast potatoes.
Local caught halibut marinated in a light soy sauce pan roast and glazed with a house made, organic miso, sake, and a gluten free soy glaze. Accompanied by fresh baby broccolini, ready for roasting and ginger soy quinoa. Enjoy the low carb version with ginger mushroom green beans in place of the fried rice.
Herb roast cornish hen with a strawberry rhubarb sauce, roast beets with hazelnuts, and saffron rice. A perfect mother’s day treat!
Marinated cauliflower steaks in a Peruvian spice mixture accompanied by Costa Rican inspired lentils and rice, roast zucchini and a cilantro salsa verde. Tomatillo salsa substitution for Vegan version.
Breakfast & Lunch
A 12oz cup of steel cut oats, chia seed, ground flax seed, sweetened with maple syrup, pomegranate, fresh cut apple, and accompanied by cinnamon toasted quinoa as a crunchy topper.
