A creamy, delcious chicken mushroom noodle soup made with fresh cut vegetables, green peas and sliced cremini mushrooms, and a gluten free, quinoa and brown rice pasta.
Crispy Asian Peanut Salad featuring sesame quinoa, shredded cabbage, cucumber, and carrot, accompanied by a creamy peanut dressing. Choose between teriyaki-marinated salmon or satay-style chicken for an added protein boost.
House Thai peanut dressing with all organic ingredients; lemon, peanut, honey, fresh ginger, sesame oil, and coconut aminos in place of traditional soy sauce.
Entree’s
A house-made mole entrée featuring tender, fall-off-the-bone chicken simmered in a rich, flavorful mole sauce, served atop 6oz of your choice of starch: brown rice or sweet potatoes. Each dish is complemented by a 4oz side of garlic herb roast squash.
Your choice of seared wild coho salmon or farmed Scottish salmon. A vinaigette made from smoked bacon, caramelized shallots, a maple syrup reduction, and sherry vinegar with fresh cracked black pepper, and olive oil. Accompanied fresh asparagus and roast potatoes. Choose the low carb option to substitute potatoes for roast beets.
A 4oz serving of in house, scratch made Mole sauce over a vegetable, lentil, bean, and quinoa “hash” served over roast halved sweet potato. Available with a crumbled queso blanco or crushed cashews for a completely vegetable based version. 6oz Sweet Potato, 12oz of vegetable quinoa blean mix, 6oz of Mole, 2oz of queso fresco.
Choose from either Grass-fed Ground Beef or Mushroom Black Bean & Vegetable. Each are layered with a mixture of cheeses, house made red enchilada sauce, and your protein filler of choise. Each order arrives with a large piece of Enchilada Bake, 4oz of House Made Enchilada Sauce, 2oz Sour Cream, and 4oz roast cauliflower.
