House made grass-fed beef maple breakfast sausage frittata with a potato onion hash and Tillamook cheddar cheese and parmesan crust for a gluten-free ready to heat end enjoy breakfast or lunch. 2 slices (a quarter pie) per order. Available as a half order accompanied by a side house kale parmesan and tomato salad and red wine vinaigrette.
Slow-simmered steel cut oats folded with chia and ground flax, infused with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom, enriched with coconut milk, and finished with fresh strawberries for a warm, vibrant take on golden milk..

Rolled with shredded cabbage slaw, caramelized onions, sharp cheddar, and smoky chipotle sauce in a grilled flour tortilla. Gluten-free option served over a bed of kale and cabbage.
A nourishing bowl of curly leaf kale and fluffy quinoa topped with a house made hummus, snap peas, kalamata olives, cucumber, carrot, thinly sliced red onion, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes, finished with a bright red wine vinaigrette.
