Herb roast cornish hen with a pomegranate cranberry sauce, orange glazed carrots, and wild rice pilaf.
A 7oz portion of Grass-fed Filet Mignon, seasoned and skillet seared, delivered to you ready for roasting to your desired doneness accompanied by a house made grass-fed beef and red wine demi-glace, roast brussel sprouts with a balsamic glaze and potato gratin.
Markegard family farm’s Rosemary maple dijon glazed ham entree with a house made slow baked potato gratin, and fresh asparagus. dairy free and lower carb version available with roast purple sweet potatoes in place of the potato gratin. 7oz of ham, 4oz of fresh asparagus, and a 5oz portion of potato gratin or roast sweet potatoes per serving.
Multi colored quinoa risotto cooked in the traditional fashion with a base of mushroom, leeks, herbs, and white wine folded with fresh asparagus and a mixture of snap peas and English peas and a house made cashew cream to deliver the classic creaminess of a traditional risotto experience. This entree arrive with a side of fresh asparagus and is available with an optional add-on of sliced, roast chicken breast or skillet seared, lemon herb wild salmon. 16oz of risotto. 6oz of asparagus. 7oz of optional protein

Whole cooked, cracked, and cleaned Dungeness Crab sourced right off the coast of our local docks. A single 2 pound crab arrives with fresh lemon, drawn butter, a fresh kale parmesan and lemon vinaigrette salad and 2 slices of local sourced sourdough bread (gluten free option available).
