Entree’s
Fresh snapper tacos, seared and sliced for an easy eating experience served with a house made cilantro lime sauce, tangy cabbage curtido, and Costa Rican-inspired gallo pinto. This entrée includes three tacos and an 8oz side of beans and rice. This entree is also available in a paleo version with roast zucchini, peppers, and sweet potatoes.
Choose between chicken leg and thigh or breast coated in the delicious house made honey garlic glaze paired with lemon garlic broccoli and roast sweet potatoes. 7-8oz Piece of Chicken, 2oz Sauce, 5oz starch, 4oz vegetable. Choose the low carb version for a sauteed zucchini in place of the sweet potatoes.
House made walnut basil pesto folded in to cheese tortellini with a mix of roast vegetables. This entree is available with 5oz of chopped, roast chicken. 4oz pesto 6oz pasta 12oz or 8oz of vegetables (12oz without chicken, 8oz with chicken). Vegan (Dairy Free) version available upon request.
