Entree’s
Lemon dill dijon roast Wild or farm raised Scottish salmon with a Greek yogurt sauce accompanied by a long grain saffron white rice and savory sauteed swiss chard from Tomatero Farm. Low carb version available with roast cauliflower in place of the saffron rice.
Your chioce of tender, slow roasted slices of organic pork shoulder or skillet roast chicken breast or leg & thigh. with a house made peach and fresh pitted cherry compote. Accompanied by roast sweet potatoes and cauliflower. Low carb version available with roast zucchini in place of the sweet potatoes
Chopped, marinated chicken stir fried in a house made teriyaki sauce using Bragg’s brand coconut aminos at it’s base. This entree arrives with sesame brown rice and steamed broccoli. Low Carb version available with extra stir fried vegetables in place of the rice. Vegetables may include but are not limited to; celery, cauliflower, bell pepper, and carrots. 12oz cup of chicken and sauce, 8oz of rice or vegetable, and 4oz of steamed broccoli.
Choose from either Grass-fed Ground Beef or Mushroom Black Bean & Vegetable. Each are layered with a mixture of cheeses, house made red enchilada sauce, and your protein filler of choise. Each order arrives with a large piece of Enchilada Bake, 4oz of House Made Enchilada Sauce, 2oz Sour Cream, and 4oz roast zucchini.
A broccoli, cashew, and vegetable stir fry with chickpeas, mushrooms, and a myriad of fresh vegetables quick cooked in a house made stir fry sauce along side of a generous portion of ginger steamed white rice. 12oz of stir fry, 8oz of rice, and a side of stir fry sauce. Enjoy this entree as is or with stir fried chicken or garlic shrimp.
Breakfast & Lunch
A fresh assortment of organic summer fruit that may include, but is not limited to; watermelon, melon, strawberries, peach or nectarine, and blueberries. This assortment arrives in a 32 oz box with a 4oz portion of organic cottage cheese.
Lightly seasoned, slow roasted, and shredded pork shoulder, wrapped in a flour tortilla with organic eggs, cheddar cheese, roast potatoes, and a side of mild spiced salsa verde. Available GF and/or keto friendly, unwrapped in a box ready for heating. For a Keto friendly version (there will be no potatoes and extra eggs & pork).
A 4oz ramekin of organic, house made hummus with an assortment of fresh cut vegetables.
Shredded buffalo chicken combined with a cabbage carrot slaw, and a creamy, sour cream based blue cheese sauce all wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled. Available Gluten Free over a bed of greens.
Sesame seaweed Brown Rice Salad bowl. Shaved vegetables and cabbage with marinated cucumber, furikake, chickpeas and cashews accompanied by a with a coconut ginger teriyaki sauce. Available with a teriyaki salmon, chicken, or glazed steak.
Sides
A 6oz side of fresh green beans, lightly sauteed with a oragnic olive oil and fresh garlic.
A 6oz side of organic roast red garnet sweet potatoes. Sea Salt. Olive Oil
7oz Portion of salmon, seasoned and seared left for you to finish off to perfection.
