Q. I have signed up but am not receiving the weekly email link. Why not?
A. I recommend taking a moment check your spam folder. If the email is there, move it to your inbox and add the sending address to your contacts to ensure you receive them in the future. You may also sign up for mobile and email alerts here!
Q. How does ordering work?
A. After you sign up, you will begin receiving a private menu link on a weekly basis (typically Tuesday) for the following week’s menu . Once the link is received, you may place your order as soon as you would like.
Q. How many meals / menu items can i order per delivery?
A. I would recommend ordering for up to, but no more than 3 days of meals per delivery for optimal freshness and enjoyment. You are the judge of how much you will consume. Since menu items are available by the portion, it is ultimately up to you to decide what you think is a proper amount of food.
Q. Do I have to order something from each course?
A. No. You can order as many of each menu item as you would like! If you want 6 soups and only 1 salad, go for it! This is up to you and you’re in control.
Q. Do I have to be home for the delivery person?
A. No orders will be left at the designated delivery address in a single use paper bag. If you have specific delivery instructions, please inform the chef during the checkout process in the “Leave the chef a note” area.
Q. Do I have to sign up for a specific number of meals or services?
A. No. There is no commitment to these services.
Getting Started & How It Works!
Fill in the New Client Form - It’s a basic form that lets us know where to deliver, best ways to contact you, and allow you to view the terms and conditions of service. This is also a great opportunity to let us know a bit about you and what kind of meal support you are seeking! (To make sure you receive the menu link : It is HIGHLY recommended to click the “sign up for news” checkbox just below the email field)
The Menu Portal Link - After you’ve filled in the breif form, you will be routed to the menu portal. Here you will find pertinent information pertaining to ordering, order cutoff times, delivery days and delivery windows (location depending), as well of course the link to the next available menu. You will continue to receive the weekly email containing this link until you choose to opt out.
Placing an Order - Once you’ve received the portal link, you may navigate to the menu, choose your items and applicable options, click your cart icon once you feel satisfied with what you’ve selected and proceed to checkout. As you go through the checkout process, you will have the option to leave the chef a note for any special requests or pertinent delivery instructions etc., select your delivery day, or choose the pickup option. Once your order is received, you will be sent a link to the heating instructions for the current menu.
Receiving your order - If you’ve chosen the delivery method, you will receive your order withtin the specified delivery window pertaining to your location. We recommend that someone is home to recevie the order. If you will are planning to be out or there is the posibbility of not being present for delivery, we recommend putting a cooler out so that our driver may adequately deliver your time and temperature sensitive delivery. If you have alternate delivery needs, please reach out directly and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Please understand that not all accommodations may be met.
