Thanksgiving Holiday Menu Heating Instructions
Roast Turkey
Preheat oven to 350.
Place turkey in an oven safe container along just enough water or chicken broth to cover the base of the container (1/4c – 1/2c).
Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Move turkey to a platter or serve directly from heating vessel. Add pan drippings to the gravy.
Turkey Gravy
Heat gravy in a sauce pot over medium low heat, stirring frequently with a whisk or rubber spatula. Add 1/4c of water or stock per cup to help thin for easier heating.
Heat until hot. Keep warm and enjoy as desired.
Cranberry Sauce
Enjoy sauce cold, at room temperature, or heated.
To heat, heat in a sauce pan over medium low to medium heat until heated through
Mashed Potatoes
Place potatoes in a sauce pot along with 1-2Tb of water or milk per serving to assist with heating.
Heat over medium low – medium heat, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Stuffing
Preheat oven to 350
Place stuffing in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Gluten Free Wild & Brown Rice Stuffing
Preheat oven to 350.
Place stuffing in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Roast Brussel Sprouts Mushroom & Leeks
Preheat oven to 350.
Spread vegetables over a sheet tray and bake for 15-25 minutes or until heated through and desired doneness is reached.
Maple Apple Quinoa Cranberry Stuffed Acorn Squash
Preheat oven to 350.
Place in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until the center temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
