Oats
· Enjoy oats cold, room temperature, or heated.
· To heat, place in a sauce pot, add 1/4c of milk, non-dairy milk, water, or liquid of choice to each serving of oats. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated through. Add more liquid as necessary or until desired consistency is reached.
Breakfast Burrito
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place foil wrapped burrito on a sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Seafood Cioppino Entree
Preheat oven to 350 and move butter to counter top to allow to rise to room temperature.
Place stew in a sauce pot large enough for quantity of portions. Cover and heat over medium low – medium heat, stir gently and semi frequently until hot. Keep warm over low heat.
Prepare bread. To warm: Place foil wrapped bread directly in the oven and bake for 15 minutes to warm through.
Serve fish stew and enjoy with bread and butter. Enjoy!
Herb Salmon Romesco. White Bean Mushroom Leek Ragout
Preheat oven to 350. Move romesco to counter top to allow to come to room temperature.
Place polenta or beets and white bean ragout in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Place Salmon in an oven safe container and bake for 15-20 minute or until cooked through to 145 degrees F.
Plate entrée and enjoy romesco sauce over fish.
Sweet & Sour Orange Chicken
Preheat oven to 350.
Place chicken, rice, and vegetables in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Heat extra sauce in a small sauce pan over low heat until warmed through.
Plate entrée and enjoy sauce over chicken.
Greek Feta Lamb Meatballs. Tzatziki Sauce
Preheat oven to 350.
Place meatballs, potatoes, and zucchini in an oven safe container and bake for 25 minutes or until all elements reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees F.
Plate hot entrée and enjoy tzatziki sauce over meatballs or as desired.
Polenta Romesco. White Bean Mushroom Leek Ragout
Preheat oven to 350. Move romesco to counter top to allow to come to room temperature.
Place polenta, ragout, and beets in an oven safe container. Cover container with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until all elements reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees F.
Plate entrée and enjoy romesco sauce over polenta.
Skillet Seared Salmon
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place salmon on a sheet tray or oven safe container. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked to 145 degrees F.
Skillet Roast Chicken
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place chicken on an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through
to a minimum of 140 degrees F.
Oven Braised Chicken Leg
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place chicken in an oven safe container, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes or until
heated through, tender, and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Chicken Wings
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place wings on a sheet tray or in a skillet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F. Remove from oven, place in a bowl, and toss with provided sauce.
