Breakfast Burrito
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place burrito on a sheet tray and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Oats
· Enjoy oats cold, room temperature, or heated.
· To heat, place in a sauce pot, add 1/4c of milk, non-dairy milk, water, or liquid of choice to each serving of oats. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated through. Add more liquid as necessary or until desired consistency is reached.
Miso Sesame Glazed Halibut
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place quinoa in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
· Place Halibut, (green beans and mushrooms for low carb version), and broccolini in an oven safe container. Drizzle broccolini with olive oil and season with salt. Pour extra sauce over halibut. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the halibut reaches 145 degrees F internal temperature.
· Plate entrée and enjoy!.
Chicken Fajitas
· Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
· Place fajita mix, rice, and zucchini in an oven safe container and bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
· Heat tortillas by placing the foil pack directly in the oven for 15 minute.
· Remove all hot elements and assemble fajitas as desired with fresh salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
Broccoli Cashew Vegetable Stir Fry
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place stir fry vegetables, extra sauce, and rice in an oven safe container. Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
· Carefully remove from oven, plate, and enjoy!Roast Zucchini
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place zucchini in an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Roast Sweet Potatoes
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place potatoes in an oven safe container and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
Skillet Seared Salmon
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place salmon on a sheet tray or oven safe container. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked to 145 degrees F.
Skillet Roast Chicken
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place chicken on an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F.
Oven Braised Chicken Leg
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place chicken in an oven safe container, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through, tender, and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Chicken Wings
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place wings on a sheet tray or in a skillet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F. Remove from oven, place in a bowl, and toss with provided sauce.
