Oats

·        Enjoy oats cold, room temperature, or heated.

·        To heat, place in a sauce pot, add 1/4c of milk, non-dairy milk, water, or liquid of choice to each serving of oats. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated through. Add more liquid as necessary or until desired consistency is reached.

Breakfast Burrito

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place foil wrapped burrito on a sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.

Orange Sesame Miso Glazed Sole Entree

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place rice and broccolini in an oven safe container, season broccolini with salt and drizzle with olive oil, cover container with foil and bake for 10 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.

·        Place fish on a sheet tray and bake for 15-17 minutes or until the internal temperature of the fish reaches 145 degrees F. Meanwhile, heat extra sauce in a small sauce pan over medium low heat until heated through. Keep warm.

·        Plate fish and sides, enjoy sauce over fish.

Autumn Spiced Roast Chicken Entree

·         Preheat oven to 350.

·         Place chicken, extra sauce, and vegetables in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until all elements are heated through to 140 degrees F.

·         Plate entree and enjoy!

Meatloaf Entrée

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place meatloaf and peas (and zucchini) in an oven safe container and bake for 25 minutes or until all elements are heated through to 140 degrees F.

·        Heat potatoes in a sauce pot over medium low heat. Add 2-4Tbsp of milk or water per serving. Stir frequently until heated through.

·        Meanwhile, heat sauce in a small sauce pot over low heat until hot. Keep warm.

·        Plate hot entrée and enjoy sauce with entrée.

Broccoli Cashew Miso Stir Fry

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place rice and vegetables in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.

·        Heat sauce in a sauce pan over medium low – medium heat stirring frequently until hot. Keep warm. If sauce is too thick, add 1-2Tb of water per serving, mix in thoroughly and heat through.

·        Plate rice and vegetables and enjoy sauce with entrée.

Lemon Olive Oil Broccolini

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Spread broccolini over a sheet tray, drizzle with the olive oil lemon mixture, season with salt, and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through to desired doneness.

Coconut Brown Rice

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place rice in an oven safe container, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.

Skillet Roast Chicken

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place chicken on an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F.

Oven Braised Chicken Leg

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place chicken in an oven safe container, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through, tender, and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.

Chicken Wings

·        Preheat oven to 350.

·        Place wings on a sheet tray or in a skillet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F. Remove from oven, place in a bowl, and toss with provided sauce.
