Oats
· Enjoy oats cold, room temperature, or heated.
· To heat, place in a sauce pot, add 1/4c of milk, non-dairy milk, water, or liquid of choice to each serving of oats. Heat over medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated through. Add more liquid as necessary or until desired consistency is reached.
Breakfast Bagel
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place foil wrapped bagel directly in to the oven or on a sheet tray in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Miso Sesame Glazed Salmon. Steamed Broccoli. Sesame Quinoa
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place broccolini and quinoa in an oven safe container. Drizzle broccolini with olive oil or sesame oil and season with salt. Cover container with foil and bake for 10 minutes, uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
· Place fish on a sheet tray or oven safe container, bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Avoid over cooking.
· Heat sauce in a small sauce pan over low heat until hot. Keep warm over low heat. If the sauce thickens too much add a tablespoon of water and mix to thin sauce to desired consistency.
· Plate fish and sides, Enjoy sauce over fish.
Chicken Mole
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place chicken, starch, and zucchini in a baking dish, tightly cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until all elements are heated through to 140 degrees F.
· Plate entree and enjoy!
Tortellini Bolognese
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Bring a pot of water to a simmer on the stove top.
· Heat sauce in a sauce pan over medium low – medium heat. Add 1/4c of milk or water to each serving. Stir frequently to heat. Once sauce is hot, mix in tortellini or spaghetti squash. Continue to stir and cook until heated through to 140 degrees F.
· Place vegetable in an oven safe container or sheet tray and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
· Plate entrée, vegetable, and enjoy.
Peruvian Spiced Cauliflower & Lentils Entrée
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place lentils in an oven safe container, cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees.
· Place potatoes and cauliflower on a sheet tray or oven safe container and bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees F.
· Plate lentils and potatoes. Enjoy with sauce over top or as desired!
Lemon Olive Oil Broccolini
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Spead broccolini evenly over a sheet tray, drizzle with provided lemon and olive oil mixture, season with salt as desired and roast for 15 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
Roast Sweet Potatoes
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Evenly spread sweet potatoes over a sheet tray or baking dish and roast for 15 minutes or until heated through to 140 degrees f.
Skillet Seared Salmon
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place salmon on a sheet tray or oven safe container. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked to 145 degrees F.
Skillet Roast Chicken
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place chicken on an oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F.
Oven Braised Chicken Leg
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place chicken in an oven safe container, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through, tender, and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
Chicken Wings
· Preheat oven to 350.
· Place wings on a sheet tray or in a skillet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until heated through to a minimum of 140 degrees F. Remove from oven, place in a bowl, and toss with provided sauce.
